1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging.
• Free from any signs of installation or damage.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used filters, cartridges, or any product that has come into contact with water cannot be returned.
• Service-based offerings (such as installation, maintenance, or water tank cleaning) are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

All returns require prior authorization; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
